Your most productive day of the week

Personally, I feel bad on Sunday evening. Because the weekend is going to finish and I haven't done anything interesting or useful and simply wasted my weekend. Most of us have made certain plans for our weekend and we mostly fail because we ourselves under proper rest and laziness. And I mostly fail completely and have to complete them on normal days of the week( especially with study and all). And that is the time when I realize that weekends are worst ( just because I am doing the job right now which should have been completed by now). But again on weekends, there is always the feeling of satisfaction, because you have relaxed enough and now completely fit for the upcoming week.

A survey conducted said that Monday is the most productive day and relatively our productivity decreases as we go on down the line towards the weekend ( the weak-end ). It is relatable to every sector of society irrespective of their duties. Because we return with a fresh mind after a weekend break. There is the presence of young energy and motivation inside you and a determination in your mind. And you always back your satisfaction of relaxation of your mind which fills you with a positive attitude towards your work 

The weekends become more important if we want ourselves fully efficient on regular days. We are humans and easily get bored if something is repeating in our daily routine. Hence, breaks on weekends bring us back into our strength. Especially in western culture, weekends are most common and they enjoy it by spending time on yourself and your close ones. Now, this culture is also shifting towards us. It is no harm if we are 0% work efficient on Saturdays and Sundays.

Do you ever wonder why Mondays are starting day of the week, why not any other day that starts the week? Again if you are not fond of your work, then Monday will be the ugliest day for you. We should start our week with happiness and with daily goals, spending rest on fulfilling the goal. At the end of the day, you will realize your efficiency. It means any day can be Monday, and you can work effortlessly aiming for your goal and motivation.
