Earlier Jammu and Kashmir were given special status according to Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, which conferred them to have the power to have a separate constitution, a state flag, and autonomy over the internal administration of the state. The only reason behind the special status was the dispute between India and Pakistan, since 1947.  It's India's heritage- Unity in Diversity ( unity without uniformity and diversity without fragmentation). Let us keep it alive.   We mostly disagree with those whom we love or either care for. There are several times disputes between the family members, we talk about it resolve the dispute. India is a country that stands for unity in diversity. Being one of the most populated countries, there always will be a difference in opinion. And that should not give opportunities for outsiders to criticize us as a country.
