"The democracy of India represents the world's biggest democracy." This statement is justified because of the Indian constitution, which provides every citizen of India with various kinds of freedom. Indians enjoy those freedoms which are protected by our constitution and have the power to dethrone any government after every five years. All these years, the three bodies Judiciary, Legislative and Executive have been deployed to protects the rights that we enjoy. Earlier Jammu and Kashmir were given special status according to Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, which conferred them to have the power to have a separate constitution, a state flag, and autonomy over the internal administration of the state.
