Fuel prices are increasing like cryptocurrency's prices, instead, the roads are becoming busier than the passing day. This is a true incident that happened a few days ago and never left my thoughts then after. My village is located on the side of the national highway(NH-28) in East Champaran, Bihar. Transportation is so much easier because of the highway, but something that is unwanted that came with it is the risk of accident (danger to life). On a regular evening, I was playing cricket on a government school's ground when I heard some unusual sound. Everyone present ran towards and we saw that an old man was unconsciously lying on the divider of lanes and his bike was thrown away on the other side of the road. We called for an ambulance from NHAI. It took near about half an hour and it was sent by the private authority which owns the nearest toll tax station. By god's grace, his life was saved.
